I am an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant, based on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. I have many years of experience coordinating wedding ceremonies and receptions, and know how important it is to make your special day perfect.

I strongly believe that a wedding ceremony should be an opportunity for couples to publicly express their individuality, commitment and love for one another. Therefore, it is of great importance that you are able to design a ceremony that is unique and personal with as much assistance from your chosen celebrant as you wish.
Having coordinated weddings and events for many years, I have a thorough understanding of the complexities involved, whilst realising that the wedding ceremony is the most important aspect of your wedding day planning; one that deserves much time and attention.
I will provide you with a book of sample readings, quotes, vows and ceremonies, that will assist you in selecting the most appropriate inclusions in your wedding ceremony. I will also provide you with an outline of a suggested ceremony, and work with you in person or via email to achieve the exact wedding ceremony you both desire.

Should you wish to write your own vows, have a certain poem or reading, or play a particular piece of music; this can all be incorporated into the day.
I can be contacted as many times as you wish throughout the planning, via email, telephone or in person and recommend having a rehearsal before the day.

I will present you with an original Ceremony Handbook of readings, poems and quotes and some suggested ceremony formats at this initial meeting and we can discuss your ideas and ceremony details.
A deposit is required to confirm the booking, and this deposit is non refundable. The balance is to be paid two weeks before the ceremony date. If you feel you need to meet with me again in person between the first meeting and the rehearsal this is not a problem.

*Unlimited consultation in the lead up to your wedding day

*A professional PA system to amplify the ceremony and your ceremony music if required
*Printed copies of the ceremony for
your wedding guests if you wish
Our first meeting can take place at a mutually suitable venue; and at this meeting (or following) the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) can be completed and signed in the presence of myself, or an authorised witness. The NOIM must be returned to me at least 1 month and 1 day prior to your wedding ceremony day, and no more than 18 months prior to the day. This form is included in the Ceremony Information Package I can email or post out to you.
It is very important that I witness Proof of Birth along with this NOIM. Birth Certificates are preferred if born in Australia, and a passport or birth certificate if born overseas.
I also must witness Divorce Papers from the Family Court, or a Death Certificate if required to certify the end of a previous marriage.

'From the moment I met Emma, I knew I wanted her to be our celebrant for our wedding. She was warm, friendly and easy to talk to. Emma took an genuine interest straight away in what we wanted our ceremony to be like and this made her stand out miles in front of other celebrants we had met. Emma provided us with a workbook full of interesting information, readings and sample ceremonies which was extremely useful when writing our own vows and ceremony and she was always available for questions and support, no matter how silly my questions seemed.
Emma helped personalise our ceremony by suggesting a Sand Ceremony, which was a great hit with my husband and is a lovely reminder at home now after the day. Emma had heaps of unique ideas to make our ceremony personal and something that would reflect us. I was totally blown away when Emma provided me a draft copy of our ceremony, it was like she had known us for years, so perfect I didn't change a single thing. She even had my Mum in tears when she first read it. She took our guests on a journey, telling them the story of our relationship and our hopes and dreams for the future making the ceremony heart felt, funny and interesting.
On the day Emma was extremely professional and made everyone, especially the boys feel completely at ease. She was prepared for everything, even had tissues on hand.
Our ceremony was an amazing, better than I could have ever dreamed of, Emma bought life and warmth to our ceremony and helped to make the day so special, emotional (in a good way) and loving. Thank for a magical ceremony Emma'
